The website for The WB Network's series "THREE" was independently produced by Steven H. Miller, who was also Writer and Creative Director, and was executed with two talented independent designer/programmers.

The series concerned a top-secret government agency engaged conspiracy and covert operations. The site attempted to bring that concept into the real world by creating two sites, one of which appeared to be a rogue site posted by a radical anti-government group.
