Drax's chief strong-arm. A man of the lowest morals and the highest opportunism. Quill sports a gun-belt with a skull-symbol buckle, just like the Phantom's. He got it by killing the Phantom. He also wears the Phantom's skull-sign, permanently branded on his jaw where the Phantom hit him with the famous skull-ring.
