CINDY

"The youngest one in curls", although half the time she wears braids (the braidy Brady?), Cindy is so sweet, so innocent, so adorably cute with her little lisp -- that cynical neighbors just want to strangle her. Made entirely of sugar and spice, Cindy wears little dresses with big white collars and spends her spare time jumping rope and losing Kitty Karry-All's underpants in Alice's cookie dough.

Cindy is one of the best information gatherers in the Brady bunch, and is often scolded by her parents for being a tattletale. She's the one who finds out the Brady house is in jeopardy; she's the one who first notices that Jan has run away. According to her, she's not a snitch, she just "tells it like it is."

Cindy is exceptionally cooperative. When the telephone repairman asked her to stand watch over a live power line that had come down onto a neighbor's property, Cindy was happy to help. And when that neighbor, nasty Mr. Ditmeyer, came outside to kick her out of his yard for trespassing, she tried real hard to warn him. But did he listen to her? No. He didn't. He got fried by that big ol' power line instead. Served him right!

Constant companion: Her doll, Kitty Karry-All

Favorite sport: potato sack racing.
