GURAN
The Phantom's right hand man. Guran is his companion, assistant, and oldest friend, the only person who knows him without his mask. (The only other person who is allowed to see the Phantom unmasked is the woman he will marry.) Guran guards the Phantom's lair, the Skull Cave, and aids the Phantom in all his jungle endeavors. He monitors the radio for local news and distress calls, and keeps track of events in the jungle.
